Forum with Pro & Con Speakers on Measure 26-228, Portland City Charter Reform
In this podcast, you will hear from speakers representing both sides of the debate about Measure 26-228, which would amend the Portland Oregon City Charter. Becca Uherbelau of Portland United for Change presents arguments in favor of passing the measure. Terry Harris of Partnership for Common Sense Government presents arguments against the measure. This is a timed forum. Each side has two minutes for opening statements and two minutes for closing statements. Each side also has 90 seconds to answer questions about the measure.
